Oh well, what can I say? Let's see...

Some time ago I was told of this site by some friends, but due to my lack of a scanner or any other way to make my drawings to go digital (and willpower to even bother asking anyone to scan them for me), I've have almost dropped the idea of ever joining.

But then it came to me, there are other ways to digitally draw that do not require any hardware other than the basics: Vectors.

Things go like this: Surfing on the web I had found some guys posting their work, some of it basically consisting of taking pictures of people and objects and then throwing some vectors over them, to create a nice effect. So I thought it was a nice idea to practice that.

So, today I finally created this account, since I've been vectorizing pics of some of my friends. For now, I'll be updating just this kind of art here, until I get my hands on a scanner or something like that. Maybe then I'll show you some of my own drawings, too.

Anyway, I'm glad to finally join DA, this site looks nice and well organized (though I'm still a bit lost, wandering around)
At any rate, I'll try to keep up with the updating. Hope my work is of your liking

Bien, ¿qué puedo decir? Veamos...

Hace algun tiempo unos amigos me habían recomendado este sitio, pero debido a mi falta de scanner o de cualquier otro medio para llevar mis dibujos a lo digital (y de voluntad para siquiera molestarme en pedirle a alguien que los escaneara por mi), casi abandoné la idea de registrarme alguna vez.

Pero luego me cayó la ficha, hay otras formas para dibujar digitalmente, que no requieren ningun hardware que no sea el escencial: Vectores.

Las cosas son así: Navegando en internet encontré un sitio donde unos chicos colgaban sus trabajos, y algunos de ellos basicamente consistían en sacarle fotografías a la gente o a objetos para luego tirarles vectores arriba, creando un muy bien efecto. Asi que pensé que sería una buena idea practicar eso.

Así que hoy finalmente creo esta cuenta, ya que he estado vectorizando fotos de algunos de mis amigos. Por ahora estaré subiendo solamente éste tipo de trabajos aquí, hasta que consiga un escaner o algo así. Tal vez entonces les muestre también algunos de mis dibujos.

En fin, estoy contento por finalmente unirme a DA, éste sitio se ve muy bien y parece estar bien organizado (aunque todavía estoy medio perdido chusmeando).

De todas formas, trataré de actualizar seguido. Espero que mis trabajos sean de su agrado
